Pamela Bayer Interiors believes strongly in donating its time and talent to important civic and community causes. This year, Pamela was tapped to help transform and decorate the Designer ShowHouse, presented by the Junior League of Akron, Ohio. Pamela elected to pursue a space on the property where she could exercise the full range of her creative talents by conceiving a home within a home. In the Wash House, she opted for a contemporary theme with Asian influences, and partnered with Lindsey Construction in Akron and Cottonwood Furniture in Chagrin Falls to bring her signature eclectic feel to the House. A fully functional vanity-style kitchen, cozy sitting area with fireplace and luscious bedroom suite highlight the finest features of this unique dwelling that's every bit as fascinating as the main residence. The Designer ShowHouse 2006 took place at 550 Copley Road in Akron and was open from June 3 through June 25. For more info, visit the Junior League of Akron.
