Good Company Today: Sprucing Up Your Home's First Impression

You only have one chance to make a first impression, so make sure home sends the right message from the outside in!  Pamela Bayer showed you how to design the street appeal of your home, on the Friday, August 6th edition of WKYC’s Good Company Today, airing at 10 a.m. on NBC Channel 3.

Take the time to stand at the curb and view your home as guests and visitors would approach it.  Simple and inexpensive accents like mailboxes, house numbers, shutters, and paint can really make a big difference.  Landscaping that doesn’t require a lot of maintenance, such as flowers, planters, hedges, pavers, edging and trees, can transform a yard.  Your home takes on another appearance when the light changes, so pay special attention to the exterior lights and landscape lighting!
