Dinner partying in black and white
Summer isn't a season for just child's play. In fact, adults with kids are probably most desperate for grownup time during the school's out months of constant chasing around.
Not that you're complaining, but if you need a little excitement to call your own, Pamela Bayer Interiors has a classic theme that will add color and creativity to your dinner party.
On the June 18 show of WKYC-TV 3's Good Company, Pamela presented ideas on how to decorate for a dining event with stylish but casual black and white hues, from the food to the dinnerware, linens, centerpieces and even guest attire.
"Designing a themed dinner party is a simple and thoughtful way to add intrigue to your evening," says Pamela. "Guests will feel special by participating in something interesting, and the black and white dinner items can be used again and again. These colors are timeless, together or separately."
Pamela appears on Good Company every month as the show's interior design expert. On this segment, she featured products from Crate and Barrel, Banyan Tree in Tremont and The Greenhouse Florist in Hudson.
