Each December, the Old Trail Parents' Association holds its major fundraising event, The Holiday in the Valley Auction. Each of these events has its own distinct theme. In 2005, the theme "Go South of the Border of the OTS Fiesta" was the most successful event ever held at the school.

The event creates a great sense of pride in the school with hundreds of parents, faculty, staff, students and alums working tirelessly to make this program spectacular. These constituents, along with former parents and area businesses, donate a wide array of items which are auctioned off in silent and live auctions.

Pamela Bayer Interiors is donating $500 in design services for the 2006 event taking place in Bath, Ohio, on December 2.
